As President of Hurrell Associates Cathy shares her insurance experiences with clients and candidates. Having led teams of insurance professionals engaged in underwriting, marketing, audit, claims, and engineering she has a unique ability to work with insurance executives and candidates. An experienced insurance professional with the ability to understand the true needs of a client and matching it with a candidate who thrives in their new role.
With 35 years of insurance experience and as VP of Human Resources & Operations, she has recruited for all areas of the Property & Casualty industry. She has direct experience managing Claims, Underwriting, Information Technology and Customer Service. This involvement with the insurance operations allows her to understand the skills necessary for a successful hire. Her most recent experience as AVP of Research and Sourcing will be the advantage you need to have our positions filled by the expert team of Hurrell Associates.
